Windowseat began as a group of lusty thespians playing jazz-folk in their spare time after rehearsals for high school theatre in Northern Virginia. Although their numbers have always been in flux, the men and women who play in Windowseat, past, present, and future remain deeply bound through friendship and love for music. Now based out of Richmond, VA, Windowseat draws inspiration from moments of hope and isolation, the dreams and passions of their peers, and the inherent beauty of nautical imagery.
