Tipsy Gypsies are a collection of people from America, England, Holland & Ireland. They came together through meeting on the live music scene in North London (The Pentameters Theatre @ the Hampstead Horseshoe, the Fiddlers Elbow, the Black Horse, Folk in the Cellar @ the Constitution & the Hemmingford Pub), taking their name from a poem by Naomi Foyle.
