The Silverfaces maken psychedelische bluesrock geïnspireerd door Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Doors, Pink Floyd en Jack White. Frontman Jesse Koch startte de band samen met bassiste Sonya Vos. Na een aantal schrijfsessies besloten ze toetsenist Martin Scheppink en drumster Nienke Overmars bij het geheel te betrekken en na een try-out in de Music Matrix met veel positieve reacties is duidelijk dat dit een bijzonder goede combinatie van muzikanten en invloeden is. Ze zijn nog maar net begonnen maar hebben al grootse plannen.
