The Black Halos hail from Vancouver, British Columbia Their sound is old-school punk with a strong influence from the glory days of C.B.G.B.'s. The band began in 1994 as the Black Market Babies before changing their name to The Black Halos in 1998. They released two albums: the self-titled The Black Halos (1999) & The Violent Years (2001).
