Anthony Sanudo and Jared Palomar were on a mission to find the right singer. The San Diego natives combed through Los Angeles, auditioning nearly 15 different artists for their project. Eventually, through a mutual friend, that search led Sanudo to Montana transplant Dan Murphy. The trio had years songwriting and self-production experience between them, and after a few short writing sessions, it was obvious the three had chemistry in the studio.
