The Abbey is a Finnish band playing occult doom. They have signed to Season of Mist and released their debut full-length album Word Of Sin on 17 February 2023. The band comprises seasoned musicians: former Sentenced drummer Vesa Ranta, Shape of Despair singer Natalie Koskinen, Jesse Heikkinen (Hexvessel), Janne Markus (ex-The Man-Eating Tree) and Henri Arvola.
