A French rock project STABAT AKISH have grown gradually in Toulouse since 2007, as an experimental sextet that fling mix of jazz, avantgarde, Rock In Opposition or something, around the bassist / composer Maxime DELPORTE. Dug up by a free jazz giant John Zohn, they've released the eponymous debut album in 2009, followed by "Nebulos" in 2012 via John's label Tzadik.
