Soul Daddy was raised in the city of Atlanta, where he refined his skills in emcee battles and live shows. His childhood was inspired and influenced by hip-hop, classic jazz, soul and funk. He learned to incorporate these influences into his own music, and found that his new musical direction resonated with listeners in a fresh and exciting way. Eventually enticed by the allure of the West, Soul Daddy moved to Denver a few years ago.
