Born in Pembury, Kent, raised in Hadlow Down (East Sussex), North London based self taught Singer/songwriter Simon Jaymes was recently Indy award Finalist as Best Male Solo Act. Formerly known as a world-class ballet and contemporary dancer, Simon is no stranger to the stage. As a live artist Simon has played his material throughout the UK supporting and even head lining at various venues alongside established artists including Jon Allen, Beth Rowley, The Fix and The Blockheads.
