Fernando Santullo was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, in 1968. At age 8 he exiles with his family in Mexico, where he will live until 1985. In that year he returns to Uruguay and, after trying two degree programs at the university that were not for him, studies sociology at the Universidad de la República.
