PUBLICS were formed in April 2010 by two friends who decided to make music out of only means they had. Just two of them, one guitar, one voice, one drum kit and one sampler that could play for two more people. Their specific sound comes from a sampled bass line which always monotonously goes through each particular track. The guys just diversify it by adding some dance rhythms and mixing it with flowing guitar and vocal tunes.
