A committed fiddler from the age of three, Sam is now among the most highly regarded in the Eastern United States’ crowded field of Irish-style players. Younger brother Stefan Amidon’s singular approach to the Mideastern dumbek is only the best-known souvenir of his many and continuing adventures in the percussion world.
