Formed in 2003, friends Chris Patton, Eric Dano and Frank Ortiz found a collective musical outlet with PLID. Having unsuccessfully attempted a musical collaboration in the past, the three finally found a unique voice in electronic music by channeling their frustration with the state of the majority of electronic pop music they were hearing at local clubs.
