Raw punk from Los Angeles formed in 2009. Mata Mata released their S/T demo cassette on Crepusculo Negro & Silenzio Statico labels in January 2010. Mata Mata usually plays/books backyard gigs in South Central L.A., performed at the Chaos In Tejas Fest in Austin, Texas, and completed a short U.S. West Coast tour in the summer 2010. 540 Records (Austin, Texas) is releasing a 6-Track EP in early 2011. Silenzio Statico is releasing a Flexi-EP of the S/T demo in early 2011.
