I’ve always dreamed of being a musician and performing in front of thousands, recording songs and having them played on radios and televisions all over the world, travelling to different places to play my music to different people … I was born in Goodwood, a suburb of Cape Town and our house was always filled with music. My parents say that when I was 2 years old they would find me standing in front of the Hi-Fi singing at the top of my lungs to Bruce Springsteen, Queen, and DuranDuran. Even then, I loved performing in front of people.
