P.E. De Oskars were a very short-lived Dutch new wave group of the early 1980s. Based in Rotterdam, they released just one cassette demo in 1984, entitled Geen Strijdbijlen Maar Trommels. Personnel: André Rousel, Bert Teeuwen, Henk Koolen, Marcel van den Berg and Robert Hoogstad.
