December 24th, 1999. Coul Hill becomes Killa C, Tha Outcast. Over the span of the next year and a half, he releases three albums; Murderous Ways, Sides One, Two, & Three. On October 31st 2001 Killa C released Rivaz Ov Blood, which was available in several stores from Cincinnati to Detroit and Montana.
