Kadril is a Flemish folk group that has been around for some 35 years. Initially they played pure folk, but since many years now they have been bringing folk rock, with traditional instruments like hurdy-gurdy, bagpipes, violin, mandolin, backed by a rhythm section and bass. They perform traditional songs and melodies, but also a few own compositions and texts.
