Joel Houston (born September, 1979) is the Hillsong United Leader, Creative Director/Producer at Hillsong Church in Sydney, Australia and is Hillsong NYC Co-Pastor. He is the son of pastors Brian and Bobbie Houston and grandson of Frank Houston. He is one of three children. He has a brother named Benjamin and a sister named Laura. As part of the Hillsong United music team, he has not only participated in the creation of the albums (being a main leader and songwriter), but has produced them as well.
