Joe Pisapia is the singer/guitarist and main songwriter for eclectic pop heroes and touring troubadours, Joe, Marc's Brother. Joe and his brother Marc formed the aforementioned outfit in 93 with the recording of their first album "The Pennsylvania Sessions".
