Jasper is the bassist for the long-running British ska-punk band, Citizen Fish. He first joined Culture Shock (which featured the Subhumans' Dick Lucas on vocals) for their final full-length album, 1989's All the Time, before he and Lucas recruited ex-Subhumans members for their next band, Citizen Fish.
