Dainininkas Gytis Paškevičius gimė 1961 metais spalio 4 dieną Šiauliuose. 16 metų neteko mamos Teresės, augo su tėčiu Zenonu. Ir mama, ir tėtis turėjo muzikinę klausą. Abu dirbo garsiojoje Šiaulių dviračių gamykloje "Vairas". Tėtis Zenonas rasdavo laiko ir dainuoti chore.
