Fulano was an eclectic Chilean rock fusion jazz band that began to play by 1984 in college campus and a very reduced circuit of little cultural spaces available by these days in Santiago de Chile. In fact, they used to say that they played "emergency music" due the critical politic atmosphere of the end of 80's in Chile.
