1) Etcetera started out as a high school band in Aarhaus Denmark, in 1986. It was a group of friends who, inspired by a Jethro Tull concert, decided to start a prog band. Guitar player Frank Carvalho, and Drummer Johnny McCoy were not only founders, but would also prove to be the only consistent members of the band.
