emmurée (seen in print with and without the accent mark) is a gothic rock band from Japan, formed in 2000 with vocalist Sou and guitarist Haruka. In 2002, the duo added bassist Tomo and recorded their first demo, which landed them a spot on two popular compilations. They continued to gain constant attention within the live club circuit, and released their first indie in late 2002, containing 5 new tracks. 2003 saw a re-release of Inori on a new professional release EP.
