1. Deux is a French synth duo formed by Gérard Pelletier and Cati Tête shortly after they met in Lyon in 1981. The project became associated with stripped-down synthpop compositions and vocal duets. They later released the minimal wave recordings “Decadence” (2010) and the EP “Golden Dreams” (2012). In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the project began to incorporate more dancefloor-oriented elements.
