Shawn Eric Slocum was born on October 25th, 1984 in Grand Prairie, Texas. Brought into the world by father Ray Slocum and mother Ann Butler. Unable to properly care for him Shawn "later to become Daniel Walcher" was placed into the states care and moved to Christ Haven's home for children in Keller, Texas. After being moved around between a handful of foster families Shawn finally found some stability at the age of 6 by being fostered full time by Wallace and Kathryn Walcher.
