Crab Smasher are an experimental/Free Improvisation/noise pop trio from Newcastle, Australia comprising Grant Hunter, Nicholas French, and Marnie Vaughn. Using cracked electronics and traditional rock instrumentation they produce a playful, clumsy and unpredictable mutation of psychedelic rock, noise, drone, doom, avant-pop, post-punk, electronica, new age/weird etc. etc.
