Consumables is a linear post-punk band from Brooklyn. Cut from the same cloth as other shouty, nervy bands in NYC’s rich musical history, Consumables’ lyrics oscillate from the observational - to physical and metaphorical incarceration - to heartbreak. While lyrically dense, and sonically tense, there’s a playfulness to their live shows that stems from three friends' joy of creating something together.
