Chicho Sánchez Ferlosio Concert History

José Antonio Julio Sanchez Ferlosio Onesimus (April 8, 1940 - July 1, 2003), better known as Chicho Sánchez Ferlosio was a Spanish anarchist, poet and songwriter. Many of his songs have been performed by a variety of artists such as Rolando Alarcón, Joan Baez, Soledad Bravo, Victor Jara or the band Quilapayún. Some, like "Gallo rojo, gallo negro" "A la huelga" or "La paloma de la paz," which were published anonymously during the Francoist dictatorship, have become part of the popular folksong tradition.
