Bellerophon started up on 1st January 1994. A nebulous affair, various people have been and gone. The Bellerophon coined the term meta-music, to describe their sound - i.e. the sound of music being created, rather than the music itself. That said, the range of recordings varies considerably: from lo-fi guitar/vocal/piano mumblings through to complex sample/computer/synthesiser based things. Extensive use is made of looped sounded effects, radio/music samples, guitar effect pedals, computers and synthesisers.
