Formed after the demise of singer/rhythm guitarist Charlie Johnson's previous band, Martyr AD, Bastard Saint first started planting its seeds in the spring of 2006. Looking to start a band with an emphasis on mean riffs, bluesy vocals, and big beats, Johnson founded Homewrecker with some friends from the Minneapolis scene.
