Annie Stela is a singer songwriter piano player from Michigan. She began writing poems and stories when she was really little, and her parents made her take piano lessons from the age of six, so the two outlets combined pretty easily. Annie didn't start performing until she was eighteen. While she was in college at the University of Michigan, she played on campus a lot and toured in New York and Detroit, just her and a piano. That's still how she likes to do it today.
