207 is a hiphop-allstar formation based in the netherlands, in the city of Utrecht. They combine multiple languages in a blazing mix of somewhat politically engaged rap. Founded by PerC, a dutch rapper, who had a studio and was not affraid to share it with those who he thought was talented enough to bless his mic. Soon Atactic, known from the legendary groups "6 of your best friends" and "Brutal Minds Inc." joined him, which led to idea of combining english and dutch rap.
